Our ranch is located in the heart

of the Flint Hills in Chase

  County, Kansas.  The Hoy

family arrived in the 1870s and

continues to raise cattle today.

The ranch is headquarted in our home,

a 1890s homestead with a historic three-story barn, nestled in the

Cottonwood River Valley.   

The ranch normally has 25 horses, 300 cow-calf pairs, and 3,000

stocker cattle.  We have been welcoming guests on our 9,000 acres

for the past several years to enjoy our beautiful scenery, wildlife,

and to share in our ranching heritage.
