Enjoy authentic Kansas catering at your place or ours!

Catered meals are offered to complement your time at the ranch, or your special occasion in the Flint Hills. Our food ranges from campfire cooking and picnic lunches, to prix fixe gourmet dining (or for those who aren't French - a great menu at a fixed price). Owner/Chef Josh Hoy is a self-taught culinarian who has also trained at the Culinary Institute of America. He enjoys preparing American menu classics, French and Italian bistro/café fare, and fusions of Southwestern dishes using native and local ingredients.

We have welcomed many guests to the ranch for a destination dining experience that highlights fresh and local ingredients. Josh's Harvest Moon dinners are prix fixe, and reflective of the seasonal changes on the ranch. These dinners must be requested at the time you make your reservations.

Dining Rates while you are staying with us

Breakfast: $10/pp
Lunch: $15/pp
Dinner: $20 - $35/pp (depends on menu selected)
(kids 10 and under are ½ price)

Ranch Weddings

Why not start your life together in the heart of the Flint Hills? Fresh air, great food, and gorgeous scenery are a perfect combination for a ranch wedding. If you want to really get into the spirit of things, Josh and Gwen can break out the draft horses and wagons for a grand entrance or exit for the bride and groom.
