We have scheduled our next Flames in the Flint Hills Event for April 11, 2015. The rain-out date is Sunday, April 12, 2015. Come join us for a great dinner, entertainment, and the annual burning of the Flint Hills. Complete the "Book Now" process, give us a call or send us an email to reserve your spot. Date/Time: Saturday, April 11, 2015, 2:30 - 9:00pm (rain-out date: Sunday, April 12, 2015)
Location: A 7,000 acre working cattle and guest ranch near Clements, KS; just off of Highway 50. See our Maps & Directions page for directions.

Things to Bring
Items to bring with you include: a camera; rugged outdoor all-weather clothes, gloves, and shoes; garden rake (not leaf rake) if you wish to drag fire; flashlight (for evening burn) and a sense of adventure.
Unfortunately, ALL Flying W Ranch accommodations are full for 2015. For information on other lodging, contact the Chase County (Cottonwood Falls/Strong City) Chamber @ 620-273-8469 or www.chasecountychamber.org.
If you must cancel your registration, please call 620-340-2802, or email email@example.com. Full refund (less $15 processing fee) if request received by 5pm on March 11. After that date, due to guarantees we must give vendors, refunds are not available. Also, full refund available if entire event is cancelled (not likely). 50% refund if we have the dinner and concert, but cannot burn due to unusual weather. No refunds for registered participants who do not attend but did not request a refund by the cancellation deadline.
